    Garlic, 1 clove
    1/2 Onions,
    2 Carrots
    1 Cup White Rice, long grain
    1/2 Buckwheat
    1 Can red kidney beans
    1/2 Basil
    1TBSP Olive Oil
    2 1/2 Water
    1tsp knorr vegetable stock


cut up carrots, onion and garlic, saute in pan with olive oil until carrots are soft. Add rice and buckwheat to pan and stir to coat. Meanwhile, put water, vegetable stock and spice into rice cooker. Add rice mixture beans and stirto mix well. Put cover on and let cook.
