    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 lb lean ground pork
    1 cup quick oats
    1 15 oz can italian diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    2 tbl dried chopped onions
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbk italian seasoning
    4 tbl grated parmesean and romano
    1/2 cup part skim mozzarella


This can be made into meatballs or left over pieces of meatloaf can be added to red sauce to make another yummy dinner.


Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Press into a large baking dish that has been sprayed with no stick spray. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
