    1 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    4- La Tortilla Factory - smart and delicious - Low carb,
    Pace Picante Sauce to taste
    1.25 lbs - 97% lean Ground Turkey
    1 C. Daisy Light Sour Cream
    1 C. Reduced Fat Fiesta Blend Cheese


Brown ground turkey and add seasoning as you would for tacos.

Mix together the can of soup, sour cream and Pace Picante sauce.

Spray a corning ware dish or pan with cooking spray. Spoon 1/3 of the soup mixture into pan. Divide meat mixture evenly between the tortillas and sprinkle cheese in shell before rolling and putting into pan.
Reserve about 1/2 - 3/4 cup cheese.

Spread rest of soup mixture onto the rolls and top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
