Number of Servings: 6


    2 mangoes, peeled & roughly chopped
    1/2 c water
    1/3 c sugar
    1/2 tsp gingerroot, grated
    2 Tbsp lime juice
    pinch of salt (optional)


In small saucepan, combine sugar, water & ginger. Boil until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool.
In food processor, combine mango pieces, syrup, salt & lime juice . Puree until smooth. Freeze in popsicle molds.

Serving Size: Makes 6 popsicles
