    3 bananas, mashed
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1c. Wheat Flour
    1c. White All Purpose Flour
    3/4c Granulated Sugar
    1tsp Salt
    1tsp Baking Soda


Each oven is different, so be sure to keep an eye on them! These also don't brown much, so don't rely on that as an indicator as to when they are done!


Combine mashed bananas, olive oil, sugar and salt in a bowl until mixed. Add in wheat and all purpose flour, and baking soda until it just comes together.

Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, or insert paper liners for easy removal. Fill each cup 3/4 full with the batter.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until muffin is springy to the touch.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 18 muffins
