    3 tbsp orange juice
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp tsp grated orange zest
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 (12 oz) halibut steaks
    2 navel oranges, peeled and separated into segments, juice reserved.


1. Preheat the broiler. Coat the rack of a boiler pan with non stick spray.
2. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, soy suace, orange zest, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the halibut steaks and marinate 7 minutes turning occasionally.
3. Place the steaks on the broiler pan and broil, 3 inchest from the heat, until just opaque in the center, 3-4 minutes on each side. Cut each steak in half, top with the orange segments, and drizzle with the reserved juice.
