    1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 c all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 c sugar
    1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
    1 med. ripe banana--mashed
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c blueberries, fresh
    1 egg


Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine flours, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl cream the sugar and applesauce. Add the egg, mashed banana, and vanilla--mix until combined. Slowly add the dry ingredients until just mixed--do not over mix. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tins 1/2 way and bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 15-20 minutes.
