    3 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast,
    2C cooked White Rice
    2 10.75 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 sleeve Saltine Crackers crushed
    1/4 C Butter melted
    seasons to taste


Cook rice as directed
Season Chicken as desired and cook in skillet using non-fat spray. When chicken is done use knife and fork to shred.
Combine everything except crackers and butter in 19x13 greased baking dish. Spread evenly in dish.
Combine melted butter with sleeve of crushed crackers and place on top of chicken and rice mixture.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until crackers are desired brownness.
