    Frozen Vegetables
    Sweet Corn...1.5 lbs (large bag)
    Lima Beans...1 lb (large bag)
    Okra...1 lb (large bag)
    Greenbeans...1 lb (large bag)
    Peas...1.5 lbs (large bag)
    Fresh Vegetables
    Cauliflower...1 large head
    Baby Carrots...1 lb
    Onion...2 medium (quartered)
    Red Potatoes...4 medium
    Canned Vegetables
    Diced Tomatoes...5 cans
    Beef Broth...3 large cartons (99% Fat Free)
    Pepper...1 tbl (add more to taste)
    Salt...3 tbls (add more to taste)


**makes about 40 1-cup servings...can be frozen for later...YUM!*

In a large stock pot, place FROZEN vegetables and Beef Stock and bring to roaring boil... (about 30 minutes)
Reduce to simmer and then add FRESH and CANNED vegetables...
Simmer for about 30 minutes or until the FRESH vegetables are tender...Then enjoy...
