    Aunt Jemima Original Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
    2 Bananas mashed
    2 TBSP ground flax seed
    1 and 1/2 cups water


2 cups Pancake mix placed in bowl. Mash 2 ripe bananas. Add into mixture, add 2 TBSP ground flax and 1 and 1/2 cups water, stir, and cook 1/4 cup at a time, 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serving Size: makes 12 (2-inch) pancakes
