    First cut up the chicken into chunks and add to crockpot. Next add in all the veggies. Mix it up! I put in canned corn and asparugus, one can each. 3-4 carrots chopped into circles, 4-5 celery stalks chopped, a pack of frozen spinach, and add all the seasonings! You can use my mix, or whatever else you like. I generally use parsley, but some people don't like it. Put it in the crockpot on high for a few hours. 4 is usually enough, but sometimes at 3 I put it on low for another 2-3 hours until dinner time.


Fresh veggies taste the best, however if you are like me and have a million things to do frozen and canned taste just fine too!


Cook it in the crockpot all day. It will make your kitchen smell amazing, and be ready for dinner with very little effort!

Serving Size: Makes 15-20 one cup servings.
