Introduction

Healthy banana bread without oil or butter made with whole wheat flour. Delicious! Healthy banana bread without oil or butter made with whole wheat flour. Delicious!

Ingredients

    3 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 tbsp. baking soda
    1.5 tbsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    5 small overripe bananas (mashed)
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
    1 tbsp. vanilla
    3/4 cup nonfat milk

    Optional mix ins:
    Apples
    Chocolate chips
    Nuts
    Coconut
    Dates
    Other dried fruit

Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Then mix together and fold in add-ins (apples, nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, etc). Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
