    2 c. roasted Chicken Breast
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Colby Cheese
    1/2 c. Low Fat Sour Cream
    1/4 c. diced raw onion
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1 small stalk celery, chopped
    1 oz. (About 17) Potato chips


You can substitute the sour cream with low sodium Cream of Chicken or Cream of celery soup. Monitor Calories if changes.


Chop Chicken into small pieces.Mix chicken, onion, carrots, celery together Place in bottom of a baking dish.
Top with Sour Cream then Potatoes, then cheese. Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and is hot and bubbles.
