Ingredients

    1 Box of Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta
    12oz of Reduced fat Colby Jack Cheese shredded
    1 cup of Almond Milk
    1/2 Tbs of Corn Starch
    add black pepper to taste



Directions

Preheat oven at 375
Boil Rotini Pasta according to box instructions.

In a medium sauce pan heat almond milk to slight boil. Then add in 4oz of cheese and corn starch for cheese sauce and stir with whir whisk.

Combined Pasta and cheese sauce in casserole dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the pasta and add pepper to taste.

Cook until done.

Serving Size: 8-1 cup servings
