    2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 whole Vidalia Onion (chopped)
    1 cup Diced Red Peppers (or any type of peppers)
    2-3 cloves of garlic
    1/2 pkg. Shady Brook Farms Italian Style Ground Turkey
    1 jar (24oz) Francesco Rinaldi Mushroom & Pepper Pasta Sauce
    1 cup canned chopped tomatoes
    1-2 tsp. Hot Sauce (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    1 Tbsp. Paprika (or smoked paprika)
    1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
    1 can (15.5oz) Black Beans
    1 can (15.5oz) Cannellini Beans


Saute onions, red peppers and garlic in EVOO until onions translucent. Add 1/2 lb of ground turkey and cook together with vegetables until browned. Add spices - chili, paprika, and cumin and cook together for about 1 minute while stirring. Add the jar of pasta sauce and approx. 1 cup of chopped tomatoes in liquid. Also add 1-3 tsp. of hot sauce for extra spice if desired. Allow to heat up. Add 1 can of black beans and 1 can of Cannellini beans. Heat together. Allow to simmer for as long as desired.
