Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    1/2 cup each panko, bread crumbs, parmesean cheese
    Pam spray

Directions

Cut chicken into long chicken "fingers".
lightly bread in 3 steps flour, then beaten egg, and then bowl with combined panko, bread crumbs, and cheese.

Place fingers on rack (spray with Pam) Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until 160 degree

Serving Size: makes 4 4 oz servings (very filling)
