This is a low fat, low carb/high protein meal. This is a low fat, low carb/high protein meal.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 pound ground chicken
    4 plum tomatoes, chopped (peel first if desired)
    8 Tbsp chili spices
    4 Tbsp onion flakes
    Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
    1 cup water


Brown ground chicken in a nonstick skillet. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to simmer and let it cook uncovered 25 minutes or more until desired consistency. Can be thickened quickly with 1 tsp flour and 1 tsp water stirred together and added to cooked chili.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings (high protein diet) or 4 smaller
