    8 oz Kluski Noodles
    1 cup canned sliced mushrooms
    10.5 oz can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    10.5 oz can low sodium cream of celery soup
    1 cup skim milk
    large can of tuna drained
    1.25 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
    16 whole wheat crackers smashed
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder


Cook noodles about 4 minutes until about half cooked. Drain noodles, tuna, and mushrooms. Mix soups, milk, 1 cup of the cheese, and seasonings. Add in the noodles, tuna and mushrooms. Pour into baking dish and bake, covered 30 minutes at 375. Meanwhile mix the crushed crackers with the remaining cheese. Remove the cover, spread the cheese and crackers over the noodles and bake 10-15 minutes uncovered until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before dishing out.
