Ingredients

    1 lb fresh raw carrots, peeled and sliced into strips
    1.5 T olive oil
    1.5 T low sodium beef broth
    2 t Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Mix peeled and sliced carrots with olive oil, beef broth and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Place in covered casserole and bake 30-45 minutes or until desired tenderness.
