Introduction

This is a great substitute for an ice cream urge. It makes 2 cups, which also can be a filling breakfast or lunch substitute. This is a great substitute for an ice cream urge. It makes 2 cups, which also can be a filling breakfast or lunch substitute.

Ingredients

    1/3 Can of Old Orchard Frozen Fruit Concentrate, any flavor
    1 Small Banana (1/2 Banana works good also)
    6 Tspns (1/4 Cup approximately) Non-fat dairy creamer or Non-Fat powdered milk (creamer adds calories but makes it creamier)
    6 Tspns (1/4 Cup Splenda)
    1/2 cup water
    ice cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix. Add enough ice cubes to make it as thick as you want it. (usually takes 8 - 12). Makes 2 1-cup servings.

Any of the Frozen Juice Concentrates works great for this. I will divide one can into 3 or 4 servings for future use.
