A quick and easy fruit salad that can be customized for your liking! A quick and easy fruit salad that can be customized for your liking!
Number of Servings: 20


    Any fruit you'd like- nutrition calculated using the following:

    1 pint blueberries
    3 c. grapes
    1 pint strawberries
    3 medium peaches
    3 c. juan canary melon

    1 container lite whipped cream
    4 6 oz containers of fat-free yogurt (any flavor, calculated using peach)


I love making this salad and the best part is that I can just throw in whatever fruit is on sale that week and it will taste great!


Mix fruit. Mix whipped cream and yogurt in large bowl, then fold in the fruit.

Serving Size: Makes 20 servings or so (depending on how much fruit you add)
