    1 Pound Bratwurst
    6 Red Potatoes
    1 Yellow onion
    .5 Green Pepper
    2 T. Vegetable Oil
    6 T. Soy Sauce
    2 T. Lemon Juice
    1 t. Basil Flakes

    Cut Bratwurst into pieces brown in skillet then remove and set aside.

    Fry chopped potatoes, onions and peppers in olive oil.

    Mix Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, set aside.

    When vegetables are soft add basil and cooked meat. Pour on sauce.

    Simmer down. Serve.
