    2 pkg. kraft macaroni & cheese
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. butter, divided
    2 cans 98% fat free cream of celery soup
    10 oz. tuna flaked
    2 c. frozen peas - thawed & microwaved for about 2 to 3 minutes


Prepare macaroni & cheese with 1/4 c. butter and 1 1/2 c. milk. Saute onion & green pepper in remaining 1/4 c. butter until tender. Add mac & cheese mixture with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. This recipe can also be cut in half.
