    2 Eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
    1 cup Sugar
    1.75 cup Flour
    1 cup Milk, 1%,
    1/2 cup Butter, melted
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Preheat over to 375F and line muffin pan with paper cups.

Combine, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk to blend.

Add the eggs, milk and melted butter. Stir until just bleded. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into cups. Bake until puffed and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean: 18-20 mins. Transfer to wire rack and cool 5 mins. Invert & cool completely.

Make 18 muffins.
