My daughter loves meatloaf. So, gotta make it. My daughter loves meatloaf. So, gotta make it.
Number of Servings: 10


    Meatloaf mix (veal/pork/beef) - around 1.5 lbs.
    1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup onion
    1 large egg
    salt/pepper to taste

    for sauce:

    1/3 cup catsup
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix catsup, brown sugar, and mustard (2 teaspoons) in a bowl. Set aside.

Mix all other ingredients (works best if onion is chopped in small pieces or minced).

Form loaf in/on a pan. Pour sauce overtop. Cook for 50 - 60 minutes.

Serving Size: 8 slices
