    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp half & half
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp tarragon leaves, rubbed together in hands
    1 tsp olive oil
    1-2 tsp butter


Place oils in frying or saute pan and heat to medium. Add eggs, cream, pepper and taggagon to measuring cup and beat to mix. When pan is hot, pour egg mixture into it. Allow to set a bit and begin the scramble process.

Cook to the doneness you like. And remove to plate. Serve immediately with toast, etc.
