    3 cups cooked brown basmati rice
    1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    2 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
    2.25 cups frozen corn, thawed
    1small red onions, diced
    1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 small jalapeno diced
    1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
    DRESSING:
    2/3 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    1.5 tablespoon sugar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1.5 teaspoon salt
    1.5 teaspoon ground cumin
    1.5 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients; pour over salad and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yield: 12, 1cup servings.
