    Trader Joe's Light Champagne Vinaigrette, 1/2 cup
    Trader Joe's Steamed Lentils, 2 cups
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes halved
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 large pepper diced
    Sweet Red Bell Peppers, sweet, 1 large pepper diced
    Trader Joe's Italian Orzo, 1 cup


Substitute whatever fresh veggies you like to personalize the recipe.


Prepare the orzo according to package directions. (Nutritional data assumes no salt or oil is added to the cooking water.) Dice the peppers and tomatoes. Add lentils and vinaigrette. Toss to coat evenly. Drain cooking liquid, rinse orzo in cold water to stop the cooking process. Add orzo to veggies and lentils.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
