    2 tbs olive oil
    1 whole onion, sliced or chopped
    3 garlic scapes, chopped
    2 large green onions, sliced
    1 can chick peas
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    4 portobello mushroom caps, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
    1 large bunch Swiss chard, chopped into large pieces (approx. 3 cups)
    3 tbs chopped fresh rosemary
    4 tsp sriracha chili sauce


Sauté onions, garlic scapes, and green onions in olive oil until softened.
Add chickpeas, tomatoes, and mushroom caps and cook another 5 minutes.
Add rosemary and sriracha and cook another 10 minutes.
Add swiss chard last and cook until just wilted.

Serving Size: Makes approx 6 1-cup servings
