    Portobello Mushroom Cap, 1 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1.5 oz (remove)


Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic
Preheat oven to 375 F
In a glass baking dish put portobello cap upside down and fill with ground turkey, onion, garlic mixture
Bake for 20 minutes
Add cheese to the top
Bake for another 6 minutes
