Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg white
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 onion, grated
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients. Form into 10 small patties. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
