    Radishes, scrubbed and sliced
    Olive Oil
    Diced Onions
    Salt Free Seasoning


Clean and slice radishes (1 cup per person)... heat oil in a medium pan on medium/high heat. Once oil is heated add radishes and cover for 5 minutes. After five minutes, turn radishes add diced onions and salt free seasoning (optional)... leave uncovered for final 5 minutes of cooktime. Watch the radishes to make sure they do not burn (they should be golden brown...

Drain on paper towel and serve. If you can get over the pink color, you can barely tell the difference between potatoes and these fried radishes! They are awesome paired up with a healthy veggie omlet or as a side. South Beach Friendly for sure (All phases)
