    8 oz angel hair pasta
    1 tbs olive oil
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/3 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbs parmesan cheese, shredded


Cook the angel hair pasta.
In a large skillet cook the onions, peppers and garlic in the olive oil until tender.
Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Stir well to combine the vegetables through the paste.
Stir in the cooked angel hair pasta and some of the pasta cooking water. You want to add enough of the water to loosen the sauce enough to coat all of the pasta but not so much to make the sauce runny.
Divide into 4 equal servings.
Top each serving with 1/2 tbs shredded parmesan cheese.
