    4 large eggs
    1 C water
    1 C coconut milk
    1 C organic raw sugar
    1 C organic buckwheat flour
    1 C organic cacao powder
    1 C almonds (whole or sliced)
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    0.25 tsp sea salt
    2 Tbs organic coconut oil


Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.


Preheat oven to 200.
In a blender, combine water, coconut milk, eggs, coconut oil, and almonds.
Blend until smooth.
Pour contents into a bowl and slowly add buckwheat, salt, sugar, baking soda, and cacao.
Pour into an oiled bread pan or 9x9 baking pan.
Cook at 200 for 20 min.
Lets stand to cool before frosting.
