Easy to fix really sweet good with just about any type of onion. Easy to fix really sweet good with just about any type of onion.

Ingredients

    1 medium to large onion per person
    1 tbsp olive oil per onion
    salt

    The information is for a large onion with a tsp of salt.

    Peel onion cut a cross in top reaching about 1/4 to 1/2 way down. Place in aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil on. Sprinkle on salt. Bring foil up and around so it is sealed around onion.


Tips

You can place onion(s) on a cookie sheet or in shallow pan or place straight on rack. These are good on the grill too.
