Ingredients

    Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
    Yoplait Light, Fat Free Lemon Cream Pie Yougurt, 6 oz
    2 tbls lemon juice
    1 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Spray muffin tin with non fat cooking spray
Combine all ingredients
Divide mixture into 8 muffin cups
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
