    1lb 95% lean ground beef
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    24 crushed Fat Free Saltines
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2-3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp mustard


Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Evenly divide mixture into muffin cups. Bake at 350degrees for about 30 mins.
Top with ketchup for last 10 mins if desired. (not calculated in recipe info)
