    2 T coconut flour
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 t baking powder

    Mix all together. Put in sprayed dish and microwave for 2 minutes.

    Top with 1/4 c peanut flour made into "frosting" with water and stevia (to taste)
