    2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 jar salsa
    1 cup black beans, drained
    1 cup frozen corn
    6-8 tsp taco seasoning


Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred. Return to crockpot. Great served with brown rice or tortillas.

NOTE: I have placed frozen chicken breasts in directly and cooked on high for 6 hours.

Serving Size: makes 7 (1-cup) servings
