Ingredients

    Whiting (fish), 4 fillet

    Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving

    Ken's Steak House, Greek with Imported Olive Oil Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 1 serving

    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp

Directions

Mix mayo, greek dressing, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Place fish on a pan, skin side down. Smear the mix on top of the fish. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes and then broil for another 5, or until the cheese has turned golden. I like to serve over rice.
