    1/2 cup coffee
    1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond milk - unsweetened, original
    1 scoop Coco- Pro (or any sugar-free cocoa mix to taste)
    A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)


Mix the almond milk and the coffee together. Stir in the Coco-Pro (it will be lumpy). Put in a small pot on the stove and stir as it heats. It will all dissolve as you stir. Remove when heated to your liking -- do not let it boil. If desired stir in a few drops of vanilla extract after removing from heat.
