Ingredients
-
1 C. Pinto Beans (dried)
1 C. Kidney Beans (dried)
1 C. Black Beans (dried)
3 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
4 C. Water
Tips
I've added jalepenos, red peppers, onions and corn to it before. It's always turned out great.
Directions
Put kidney, pinto and black beans along with water and taco seasoning in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
I imagine you could used canned beans instead and would just need to decrease the amount of water. Personally I like using dried beans because they absorb the seasonings a little better as they cook. If anyone tries it with canned beans let me know how it turns out.
Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings.
