    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Ground Pork, 8 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped & sauteed until tender
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    4C Low-Carb Breadcrumbs, .5 cup
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    katschup, 1/3 c.


May add finely chopped and sauteed mushrooms.


Bake at 400 degrees on a wire rack (so fat drips) for 40-60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
