    1.5 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Ripe Tomatoes
    1 can canned tomatoes (400g)
    1 packed pureed Tomatoes (500g)
    400g mixed ground meat
    2 TBs Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp Pepper, 1 Tbsp Thyme/Basil/Oregano each
    .5 Tbsp brown sugar
    2 Tbsp Aceto Balsamico di Modena


serve on spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese


chop tomatoes,garlic and onions in small cubes, grate carrot
heat up Olive Oil and sautee the onions and garlic, brown meat and add tomatoes and carrots stir weel, then add the canned tomatoes and the puree.
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, then start seasoning to taste.
