Introduction

This is a really good pasta salad. Great for sneaking in some veggies and crab for the kids. This is a really good pasta salad. Great for sneaking in some veggies and crab for the kids.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    elbow maccoroni, celery, cucumber, crab and mayonaise

Directions

Cook pasta in 2 cups boiling water. While pasta cooks chop vegetables and imitation crab meat. Rinse cooked pasta under cold water and add to bowl of crab and vegetables. Toss all ingredients with about 1 TBL. myonaise and serve.

Serving Size: makes 1 1/2 cup serving
