    2 tbls of mayo
    1 tbls of mustard
    1/4 chopped onion
    3 boiled eggs (chopped)


Mix all the ingredients together and serve on bread or with crackers.

  • I've made it several times and it tastes great. We add 2 tbl spoons of balsamic vinegar and we've also added some cut up celery.. mmmmmm - 2/26/08
