    6 Hard Boiled Eggs
    6 Hard boiled Egg Whites
    1 Large Avacado
    2 tbsps Light Miracle Whip
    1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    Chives/Green Onion - chopped

    Salt and Pepper
    Spices to taste


Combine the egg yolks with the avocado, light Miracle Whip, Chives, vinegar, spices. Mash with a fork.

Combine with egg whites and adjust salt as needed.
