Introduction

I'm not a huge fan of the traditional hot wing. They're messy and loaded with fat and calories. I came up with this easy recipe as a healthier alternative. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 3lb bag of wings
    1package of Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip mix
    1 tsp of cayenne pepper
    Air tight container with lid

Tips

If crunchy wings are not your thing, cook for less time, or if you want them even crunchier, add time.

The dip mix is slightly spicy to begin with so add or subtract cayenne to taste.


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with non-stick spray, and spread defrosted wings evenly on cookie sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until they are golden brown and crunchy. Remove from oven and let them cool for 3 minutes. While cooling, open dip mix and add the cayenne, and shake to mix. Place slightly cooled wings in a container that has a tight lid, then pour the contents of the package on top. Place lid on container, and shake to disperse.

Serving Size: makes 12 4oz servings
