Ingredients

    1 can of water packed tuna(drained of liquid)
    1/2 cup fiber one cereal
    1 egg white
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    celery powder
    or other spices as desired

Directions

Crush fiber one cereal and mix together with tuna, egg, and desired spices. Form into two cakes. Cook in a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Brown both sides.
