These amazing frozen treats taste creamy & indulgent without the huge calorie/fat/sugar kick! These amazing frozen treats taste creamy & indulgent without the huge calorie/fat/sugar kick!
Number of Servings: 8


    4 oz lowfat cream cheese
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 C 10x (powdered) sugar
    3 Tbs 1% milk

    1 C mixed berries (I used 1/3 C each: blackberries, blueberries & strawberries. Frozen is fine, just defrost & mix together.)
    1 tsp sugar
    2 oz Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot (other brands work too!)


To remove pops from the mold, immerse in warm water. You can even remove 1 pop at a time by just immersing 1 section of the mold in a single glass of water.


In a food mill or food processor, mix the first 4 ingredients. Set aside.

If using frozen berries, allow them to defrost first. Add 1 tsp sugar to the berries and let them sit for 1 minute, so that juices are released. Add wine, and mix the berries up with a spoon, mashing them a little against the sides of your bowl.

Layer cheesecake mix and berries in your pop mold. Put the sticks in and make sure they're closed tightly to prevent ice crystals. Freeze until solid.

Serving Size: makes 8 cylindrical pops
